Introduction
Bici is an electric assisted shared bikes rental service.
We allow our users to rent our bikes with a smartphone for of a trip.
You can find us in the city of Gijon.

What are the features of the bike and Bici app?
The bike:

➡️ basket (5kg max)
➡️ anti-theft security
➡️ optimpized pedal-assist technology
➡️ royal seat
➡️ RFID reader allowing locking/unlocking via the transport card
App features:
➡️ Integrated GPS
➡️ Free booking
➡️ Trips history
➡️ End trip summary (distance travelled, duration, calories consumed)

Start my trip
The app's map displays the location and the number of bike in station available near your position.
After entering your destination address, the app shows you the closest stations and anticipates redirections you might have to follow.
Unlock the bike🔓:
➡️ Click on the "SCAN" button: scan the QR code located on the handlebar of the bike or manually enter the QR code by clicking on "MANUAL".
➡️ Wait a few seconds for the app to connect to the bike. Once connected, the bike will make a double "beep" and the app will display your ride route on the screen.
➡️ Press the left brake to detach the bike and pull it towards you.
Unreadable QR code? You will again find the number of the bike on the fork of the bike or above the rear light.

Link my card "Tarjeta ciudadana" to my account
Do you want to use your card to use the service? Here's everything you need to know:
Your card can be used to start and end a trip, but you must first associate it with your account from the "My transport card" section.
🚲 With a bike:
- Click on "Scan the bike's QR code"
- Follow the instructions mentioned in this article
⚠️ Please note that your card cannot be used as a means of payment: you can pay for your trips exclusively with the payment method entered in your Bici account; the card is only used to start and end a trip.
